Valet Auto Wash Princeton

They took great care with my extremely dirty car! Did both deluxe exterior clean and interior express. They made sure that I left with a car looking fresh (when the initial wash didn’t get all the gunk off my car, they had me go through again with a power washing). Would highly recommend for an affordable but thorough cleaning.

Deer valley Auto, I usually don't do this but it is hot today and I am very irritated by today's list of events. I have been an ongoing member with you guys for years now. And one issue that I've been having with this specific location, is that when it comes to getting the brilliance tunnel wax done, I never have an attendant there. I know that the hose is there to signal the crew inside that they have a customer approaching but I have dealt with a habit of no crew members ever come out. I remember one time I've waited 10 minutes to the point where I was being a jerk on purpose by rolling over the hose numerous times to make sure I got their attention. I let that day slide but today was different. So today I have a business meeting to attend to and I was not in too much of a rush to get my car washed. I didn't notice a lot of crew members outside so after the wash portion, I approached the brilliance tunnel and was met with no one once again. So I waited 5 minutes until I saw a lady pull up with her vehicle into the interior tunnel and then I saw her back out and park the car and get out. That signaled me to walk inside and figure out what was going on. At that moment I see six em

I'm not sure what all these people are expecting from a drive-through car wash. Compared to other drive-throughs near me, the exterior wash is FAR superior. My wife and I were amazed the first time I went here and I make it a point to drive through when I'm in the area. I'm 25 minutes away, or I'd get a monthly pass, which I'd never do at the places near me.

I've been coming to this location for a long time and have visited over 50 times because I had multiple memberships. Unfortunately, one employee consistently guiding vehicles into the wash is extremely inattentive. Every time he directs my car in, he's looking elsewhere instead of paying attention, and my wheels have been misaligned or hit multiple times and scratched wheels because of it. There was even a day when he and another worker put up the stop sign and walked off to the side of the building while nearly 10 cars were backed up waiting well over 25 minutes at 3pm, with no guidance or direction in a tight lot where reversing is difficult. He is frequently on his phone and clearly not focused on customers or their vehicles. I own vehicles worth over $60,000, and I no longer feel comfortable bringing them here due to the lack of care and professionalism. On top of that, the large pothole right after exiting the wash toward the vacuum area makes things even worse. Because of these ongoing issues, I canceled all four of my memberships. Management seriously needs to step in and address both employee accountability and property maintenance, because right now it feels like no one is

Reply-: Manager’s answer; go to another car wash several miles away Does this look like a brilliant car wash for $65 to you? No one wipe the car mirrors or the back. Absolutely the worst, total garbage. The back of the car wash wasn’t even wiped or washed for the brilliant car wash. The back of the car does not get soap or not washed well. Very bad management horrible. The manager did nothing when he saw my mirrors, my back of my car. After telling the manager, nobody even wiped my windows. I could not see a single thing in the back. It was very unsafe. Always opens late. "Princeton Junction/ W Windsor PS. I was forced to wait outside door with another car for more than 10 minutes waiting for the door to open. Will be happy to post my "Cars Survaillance 360 degrees Video Cameras" to show the world your reply statement is false! Still picture speaks volumes.
